Kelly Stephen Eustis is chief executive and administrative officer of the Greater Greenwich Chamber of Commerce as its Executive Director.

​

With a "members first" mentality, Kelly oversees day-to-day operations and reports to the Board of Directors.  He manages membership, assists with event planning, and represents the Greenwich Chamber in the community.  Kelly engages with government officials, economic development agencies, tourism departments, and other business organizations to work on making Washington County a great place to live, work, learn, and play.  Addressing the needs and wants of members, ensuring value in membership, and promoting our local and regional businesses is a large part of the role.

Kelly Eustis grew up in Argyle, previously lived in southern California, and was a public relations and political consultant before becoming Managing Director of the Greenwich Chamber in 2019.  He enjoys cooking, sitting by a bonfire, kayaking, and coffee shops.
